• Today we're taking a look at Celeb Club, the oldest
and extremely famous and popular celebrity nude site offering over 360,000
nude and non-nude pictures and 15,000 nude video clips of both famous
and semi-famous female celebrities (actresses, singers, models, athletes...).
"Since 1992 we have been researching, collating and documenting all
occurences of female celebrity nudity in movies, TV shows, magazines and
newspapers from 1934 to the present day, to create an unparalleled "encyclopedia"
of celebrity nudity." they tell us in the tour so it'll be interesting
to see what they have to offer.
• The Celeb Club members area is very simple and pretty amateurish
in design, but everything looks to be well organized and it's relatively
easy to find your way around. You can view the celebrities alphabetically
by last name, by country, by profession (singers/musicians, fashion models,
sports celebrities, fitness centerfolds etc) and by using the search feature.
Each celeb has a brief bio and links to all the pictures and/or video
clips available for them. Content wise, we decided to check out the pictures
first.
• Celeb Club has a fantastic collection of pictures, unmatched in
size by any other celebrity nude site. There are currently around 360,000
pictures of 14,800 female celebrities available and we're sure this number
will be even higher by the time you read this review. That's a great sized
collection of celebrities with nude, semi-nude and sexy pictures that
are a blend of paparazzi pictures, public appearances, magazine shots
and vidcaps of the celeb's television and film appearances. Image quality
here varies from pretty bad to great. Overall, though, we found the pictures
better looking that we would expect from a celeb site like this. Especially
the paparazzi stuff is really cool - definitely a must see for all celeb
fans.
• Moving on to videos, you'll find around 15,000+ video clips throughout
the Celeb Club members area. Most of the video clips are pulled from movies
and tv shows. They range in length from between 4 and 300+ seconds but
we'd say most are around 1 minute long. All vids are downloadable. The
clips are offered in either DivX (.avi), MPEG (.mpg), Quicktime (.mov)
or Windows Media (.wmv) format. As with most celebrity sites, the quality
here varies greatly. We've got everything from grainy postage-stamp size
Quicktime files to large DivX clips that are pulled off of DVDs and are
very nice looking even at full-screen.
• Celeb Club also has a few extras like daily celebrity news, movie
reviews, funny stuff, games, but we'd say the most worthy "extra"
is 1 month free access to Celebs N Vintage.
• As they say on their site, "if it does not exist on CelebClub,
then it does not exist, period." This is one hell of a claim but
one that is not very far from the truth. They've got an unmatchable archive
of female celebrities in the nude and/or semi-nude. They update daily
with new pictures and video clips and the price is acceptable at €25
a month (€1.00 = $1.19). Our only two complaints would be not the
most eye-pleasing design and the lack of navigational features. Bottom
line is, if you're a naughty celeb fan, you're going to be in heaven in
Celeb Club members area.
