Unfortunately, the site is no longer being updated (nothing new has been added in ten months). All videos are available in two formats: Windows Media (.wmv) and MPEG (.mpg) and are offered as a series of clips for both dial-up and broadband connection speeds. The quality of the vids is quite good, with the wmv videos looking a bit better than their mpg counterparts. Unfortunately, WMV videos are DRM protected. Specs-wise, the high quality (broadband) wmv clips are 320x240 at 521 Kbps. You can watch them at full-screen pretty easily although they get a bit pixelated at that resolution. The MPEG versions look nice too: Large mpg clips weigh in at 352x240 at around 800 Kbps while the smal version are 176x100 at around 250 Kbps. It's certainly nice to have these options but it would have been nice to also have the ability to download the entire video in one file.
